I bought a Chevy Bolt last month. Given that I drive about 50 mi a day for work and the car has a range of a little over 250 mi, I'm charging just about as often as I was refilling my tank in my old gas car, but for less than half the price. With DriveGreen incentives and Mass rebates, it was about the same price as a similar gas car. I love driving it, and I love that it has lower emissions, both from powering it and from slowing down (since it has magnetic brakes). 100% recommend. And since I also joined community solar, it's going to partly be solar powered!
